Lab 10: Objects
Write a program that asks how many wildebeest you would like to purchase for your herd. The first 100 you buy cost $1000 apiece. Any beyond 100 you buy are only $800 apiece. The program should output a purchase breakdown and should figure in the universal wildebeest tax. The first 100 are taxed at 8%, and any over that are taxed at 5%. You may use only one object to store all values. You may not use any other variables.
Your ourput should be as follows: For 50 wildebeest:
You want 50 wildebeest.
Your subtotal is $50000.
Your tax is $4000.
Your total is $54000.
For 150 wildebeest:
You want 150 wildebeest.
Your subtotal for the first 100 is $100000.
Your tax on the first 100 is $8000.
Your subtotal for the last 50 is $40000.
Your tax on the last 50 is $2000.
Your total is $150000.
