Welcome to CSC200 Exam 2

Write a program to score the rock-paper-scissor game. The user is prompted for two characters: r,p or s. The game should then determine and announce the winner or announce a tie where appropriate. The program should allow the user to enter the results of multiple games and keep a tally of each players wins.
